Terms of Service for Nifty Minter™ & NFTRVN Discord Bots

Welcome to Nifty Minter™™, a Discord bot developed to enable users to mint NFTs on the Ravencoin Blockchain under the NIFTYRAVEN.COM  asset. By using Nifty Minter™™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS). 

If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, do not use this bot.

1. Acceptance of Terms

NIFTYRAVEN.COM provides the Nifty Minter™ service to you subject to the following ToS, which may be updated from time to time without notice. Your continued use of Nifty Minter™ after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Service

Nifty Minter™ is a bot that allows users to mint NFTs directly within Discord, utilizing the Ravencoin blockchain. This service includes, but is not limited to, minting, managing, and transferring NFTs.

3. Your Obligations

• Use of Service: You agree to use Nifty Minter™ only for purposes permitted by the ToS and any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices in the relevant jurisdictions.
• Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these ToS, explains how we handle your personal information. By using Nifty Minter™, you agree to our data practices.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and any activity under the account.

Data Collection of Ravencoin Addresses and Transactions Made Within NFTRVN:

In order to provide a seamless and secure experience for our users, NIFTYRAVEN.COM  collects and processes data related to Ravencoin addresses and transactions made within NFTRVN. This section outlines the types of data collected, the purposes for which it is collected, and the measures taken to ensure the security and privacy of this data.

1. Ravencoin Addresses: We collect the Ravencoin addresses used by our users to mint, manage, and transfer NFTs on the Ravencoin blockchain. This data is necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the NFT minting and management process.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Nifty Minter™ (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of NIFTYRAVEN.COM  and its licensors.

6. Termination

NIFTYRAVEN.COM may terminate or suspend access to Nifty Minter™ immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the ToS.

7. Limitation of Liability

NIFTYRAVEN.COM shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of Nifty Minter™.

8. General

These ToS constitute the entire agreement between you and NIFTYRAVEN.COM concerning Nifty Minter™ and supersede any prior agreements. 

The failure of NIFTYRAVEN.COM  to enforce any right or provision of these ToS will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
