Once a total of 1,000 RVN donations are collected**, the process of launching a marketing proposal will commence. The ad with the most VIP Tokens, as determined by community voting, will be transformed into a Twitter ad with a budget of $10, potentially generating around 30,000 impressions and more. Ad creators must keep track of their submissions, as proposals do not expire.
**When the proposal limit is reached, the ad with the highest number of VIP Tokens will be declared the winner, and the associated VIP Tokens will be sent to the VIP Token supply address.

Top-voted ads are promoted on NFTRVN's Twitter with a $10 limit. Any Ad that receives over 100 VIP tokens and is selected as marketing ad, any number over 100 increases the budget by .25% per VIP Token in the address over 100 VIP Tokens.
For Example, if an AD has 254 VIP Token votes the budget will be:
The new budget, with a 0.025% increase per VIP Token over the initial 100 tokens, for an ad with 254 VIP Token votes would be $13.85.
